SonyStyle Japan shows the two battery options for the Vaio UX: the 2600 mAh standard VGP-BPS6 for 19,800 yen (about $176) and the 5200 mAh extended VGP-BPL6 for 34,800 yen (about $309). If you need a backup battery, since the Vaio UX already comes with a VGP-BPS6 out of the box, it might be wise to just get another VGP-BPS6, rather than getting one of that double capacity, bigger battery at $309 ($309 for a battery!?).
