New UX! Sony VAIO VGN-UX450z! at Micro PC Talk

Sony has just announced their latest UX model. Titled the VGN-UX450z, it comes with a huge list of upgrades. The following are the new specs -

Black casing

Intel® Core 2 Duo @ 2.5Ghz

2GB of RAM

80GB HDD or 64GB SSD

Windows Vista Ultimate

Improved Cameras - Front: 2.0MP, Back: 3.5MP

Same Cingular EDGE Modem or Improved (speed wise) CF slot

Built in Symantech® April Fools detector

Supposedly this new UX will begin shipping mid-April, and is priced at $4,500. I can’t wait!

Hi,
I just about to order from Dynamism this weekend the UX91, thanks for this.
Dp you know when they sell it ? i look up for any jp website or google there is no info about this, where u get this news from? do you know the exact release date, nothing on sonystyle.jp? should I hold on to this or just get the U91 Now.

Sorry to dissapoint Long, this was an April Fools joke. The top of the line model is still the UX390N, and no new models have yet been announced.
