Maybe not: Mike Cane (see link under my name)  has a very negative review of the QI-U with Vista.  He reported the Control Panel loading taking 23 seconds, vs the nearly instant XP load time!

I'm thinking that I'll get the $799 EL version and downgrade it to XP, if that's possible.
