Neon theme for XP

hello all. So ive been looking for quite a while for a theme kind of like this iPhone theme but for XP: http://justanotheriphoneblog.com/wordpress/wp-content/uploads/2007/09/neon1.jpg.png im pretty surprised that I actually cant find 1 but, ya... the icons dont rly matter but i love those type of colors.

If you download GIMP you could make icons easily using that graphic.

Rhor @ wincert has made a custom V'ISO ( ricktendo64 ) with these icons, he also modded the visual style Vista VG it looks very slick together...
