Vaio UX380 for $850 like new 2nd hand good price?

Im offered for a $850 2nd hand but rarely used like new Vaio UX380.

All original accessories but no extra.

Just wondering if it is a good deal?

Thre is around 5 months of official warranty left for the unit (its only 1 year in my region)

Any input for this situation?

well, I am offering mine for 900 with an external sony DVD, and ext. foldable keyboard, so not really.

Looks like even the used UX models are not so popular. Everyone is waiting for the new model or buying netbooks. Such a shame. I remember the first time I saw the UX180. I printed out a picture of it and placed on my wall. Like a pin-up girl. I could not wait for it to come out. Now the UX line is gone. I just bought an Aspire One which I like.
