Just want all folks see this.
It only has 8 RAM chips. I can remove and replace with 2GB, but I am not sure whether or not the board can see it. I will give it a shot when I am ready.

Perhaps...just remember there are no guarantees and would anyone be willing to have their UX completely fried if the job does not work ? Not taking anything away from this GREAT modder but still great risk for others.

That's what I am thinking. Even I feel comfortable but all you guy will not. Thid should have time for approval. IMO, I can say I can do it works for 99.99%

What's kind of chip you want to reball?

Hazmat, with BGA (ball grid array) chips, they don't have pins like others. Pin is a ball of lead or lead free act as a contact from the chip to PCB board. So, when BGA chip is removed, all balls will be damaged and need to rebuild before the chip can be soldered to PCB board.
