Default Simple home made UX180 desk/movie stand
Here is a stupid simple desk/movie stand that I use when I dont feel like carying the desktop dock.

Very easy to make, just used a peice sheet aluminum you can get at any hobby or hardware store, just made a template out of paper and used some metal shears to cut to size.

Here are some pics:

Its nice and small and fits in my pocket

GuardianZX9 how is your mod going after a while of use? Is is damaging the slot or have you had no problems so far?

Very cool by the way!

While I applaud GuardianZX9's DIY attempt it seems that the design places too much torque on the bottom slots. To illustrate my point hold the bottom of the UX with just the tips of your index and middle fingers at the back and the thumb in front. Then tilt the UX back 45 degrees from vertical. While you're at it, take your other hand and start poking at the screen and keyboard. Contrast this with better support by simply sliding both fingers up the back of the UX as far as they can go while keeping the thumb where it is. You can feel the torque melt away as the supported area grows.
