Battery output voltage

Anyone know about battery output voltage,i have a oqo the original battery is output 3.7VDC 4500mah can i use the one with higher output 7.4VDC 3750mah like the pictures below.

You can not use a 7.4VDC battery on the UX. It has to be a 3.7V, either 2600mAH or 5200mAH (large battery). A 7.4VDC battery will fry the UX. Or are you talking about the OQO?
