Important Intel Drivers for UX (Graphics and Wireless) [4/1/08]

Talk about software for the micro PC.

Intel releases their graphics drivers for any hardware that contains this chipset. Sony, on the other hand, insists on re-packaging the driver in a Sony "wrapper" which specifically checks that you have the Sony model in question. For that reason, I prefer the Intel drivers. The Sony site will probably eventually catch up, but if you want the latest driver, go with the Intel one.

But do the zoom keys still work? And rotate?

When I installed a new intel driver on my vaio tr (back in the day) it stopped all the hot keys and zoom button.

Yes, the Intel driver has all those features.

Just before I was about to install the XP driver, I read the readme.txt and it said the system must have at least 1GB of RAM - I've got 512... so I didn't go through with it...

hi all ,

need help and advise

i from singapore , my name is andy ,this is my first post i using UX90PS ( with XP OS ).
I am able to launch Vaio touch lanucher. and all the function in touch launch is working well.
like brightness , sound adjustment and other.
Except the VERTICAL ORIENTATION BUTTON is fail.
after press it ( vertical orientation button ) , the UX UNABLE to rotate the screen view by 90 degree clockwise. only show the hot ket button name in layer beside the button.

hope any brother , can help me for it. thank in advance.

My score changed from 2.6 to 2.0 after installing this new driver. (Vista)
