Well, I'm very happy with v10.5. I won't upgrade it till new and stable drivers releases... v11.1.1.11 is out for me officially.

just downgraded back to 10.5, tried 11.1.......OMG, way too unstable, kept dropping my connection..............soooooooo went back to trusty 10.5. which ill be staying with utill i get a big nod of approval of any new wireless driver from all forum members...........lol

Let me explain, before I used my steps, when used v.11 I've got SAME EXACTLY problem as other members (not finding my router, way too unstable, kept dropping my connection etc).
But after I perform my steps, I've got v.11 as stable as v.10.5 with more accurate signal quality and more (not big different but little better) range signal reception compare to v 10.5.
I think you must try this.;)

You are right. It works!!!:eek:

Here's how I did it:
1) Current version at v10.5.
2) Set to Use Intel Pro Software to manage WiFi (with one connected access point).
3) Upgrade to v11.1.1.11. Right after finish installation... Reboot.
4) That's it. It works like a charm.

mmm ok you have convinced me to try, I am working on a project right now once finished I will try the 11 drivers
